Romanian Deadlift With Band


Starting Hand Position: Hands slightly wider than shoulder apart width with an overhand grip

Starting Feet Position: Feet parallel hip width distance apart standing over the middle of the band to secure it in place

Movement: With the band wrapped around both locking clips at either end of the Axle (forming a trapezoid shape with your feet), hinge at the hips and deadlift the Axle all the way to the ground then return to standing
