Starting Hand Position: On your back with the Axle on the floor above your head; underhand grip with hands slight wider than shoulder width

Starting Feet Position: Legs straight and perpendicular to the floor, heels and toes pressing together and flexed strongly

Movement: Lift the pelvis upwards, flexing through the spine, and draw your toes backwards over your head into a half plow position; once legs are parallel with the floor, unravel the curvature of your spine and reach legs back down, past 90, until they form a 45 degree angle with the floor, and repeat
