Curtsey to Lateral Lunge

Starting Hand Position: Atlas hold on the shoulders with overhand grip on the backside of the bar

Starting Feet Position: Hip width distance apart facing forward

Movement: Working off of one leg, sweep the other behind as you drop the knee diagonally outside the opposite foot; drive the knee back to center and step laterally out towards the opposite side; sink the weight down and back into the heel as you drive off that outside foot back to the starting position; move continuously through all reps, then repeat on the other side
